MELODY MAKER
“For the LORD shall comfort Zion: he will comfort all her waste places; and he will make her wilderness like Eden, and her desert like the garden of the LORD; joy and gladness shall be found therein, thanksgiving, and the voice of melody.” (Isaiah 51:3).
Don't ever stop singing the praises of God for it is your source of strength. Do not allow temporary circumstances to hinder you from serving and praising Him. You are the melody maker in His court. He is ready to open closed doors for you. Prepare for the honor and blessings ahead. He cares for you.
The Lord promised to comfort Zion and all her waste places. The result of that will be the restoration of joy and gladness in her. There will be thanksgiving and singing. You see, the ball is now in your court. God has given you clearance to come and receive his blessings. Why not go before Him today and praise Him for all that He has done for you?
Your voice is for making melody to God. Use it to thank God for His love to you. Thank Him for the promises in His word. Read the verse above again. Are you not grateful God has given you reasons to sing? You are the melody maker. You are the only one who can stop the song now that God has given you the go ahead. Praise the Lord.
Challenge: The praise that comes of love does not make us vain but humble.
Prayer: Lord, I praise You for giving me reasons to sing. I am very grateful Lord for Your love to me.
