“I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvellous are thy works; and that my soul knoweth right well.”  Psalms 139:14

As you go out today, remember that God made you. He did a wonderful job on you and you are a living miracle. You are better than a million computers and you are more precious than all the gold in the world. You are a wonder. The scripture is full of instances when God had to perform physical miracle to illustrate the unlimited resources He has deposited in man, like when He gave out of His Spirit on Moses to 70 elders in Israel and they all prophesied. Yet, Moses did not know he was that loaded!  Look at the amazing things God has put in your body:
•    You use 200 muscles to take one step.
•    Your big toes have two bones each while the rest have three.
•    A pair of human feet contains 250,000 sweat glands.
•    The human brain cell can hold as much as 5 times information as the Encyclopaedia Britannica.
•    It takes the food seven seconds to get from your mouth to your stomach.
•    Your body emits enough heat in 30 minutes to bring half a gallon of water to a boil.
•    The enamel in your teeth is the hardest substance in your body.
•    Your teeth start growing 6 months before you are born.
•    Your thumb is the same length of your nose.
With the miracle machine working and the heavenly Father looking, how can anyone tell you that you are not important in the eternal programme of God? You are important. In fact, you are a living wonder. Praise the Lord!

Challenge: I will not destroy God's wonderful work in my body.
